Hi, I'm Gary Dhanda.
I worked and trained at Microsoft, where I saw first-hand how powerful these tools are, and how often businesses struggle to get real value from them.
Since then I've delivered hands-on AI training to hundreds of SMEs, worked with Business Gateway, Elevator UK and Chambers of Commerce, and supported public-sector teams adopting Copilot.
